Yellow

Master fundamental movement patterns and build real strength for everyday life.Drop the gut and improve body composition with nutrition control.Enjoy clothes fitting better and energy returning.Measured progress in fundamental movements patterns and Average Body composition required to advance to Green.

Green

Build legitimate strength and conditioning for a solid, capable body.Focus on optimal function for every day life and basic activity.Meet basic strength standards, measured conditioning, and Fitness level body composition required to reach Blue.

Blue

Baseline and fundamentals are mastered and optimal.Now you take it to the next level and raising the back for the most optimal output in your life.The Optimal Lifestyle including: Strength, Conditioning, Mindset, Energy, Recovery, Sleep, and Body Comp.Become a leader in healthy living and an influence to those around you.Most men will stay at this level to live their best left.Achieving Blue rank also unlocks life paths including: Mental Fitness, Spiritual, Family/Relationship, Work/Financial, and Self-Esteem.

The Red rank is for Athletic achievement.This is working above and beyond Optimal Living and focusing on advanced performance in all realms.Most men won't aim for this level and the rank of Blue will have you performing well above average men your age.In Red you will need Athletic levels of strength and body composition.You will also start to learn how to train others.

Black

The focus of Black is mastery, excellence, knowledge and leadership.To gain the highest understanding of their body and inspire healthy change in others.It’s now about leadership and bringing others up, not just your own excellence.

WHITEFocus: Achieve pain-free movement, improve mobility/stability, deepen body awareness, lock in mindset and consistency.Key Details: Minimum 24 weeks. 80%+ compliance. Re-upload assessments + posture photos. Set 1 goal (often impulse control/delayed gratification) and confirm improvement. Tests: 1:00 strict plank, updated “Why” + 1-year goal + top 3 priorities. Auto-advances to Yellow.Equipment: Body comp scale, light dumbbells.

YELLOWFocus: Master technique, range, and strength in fundamental movements. Reduce pain, improve function, begin serious nutrition and body composition awareness.Key Details: Coach-reviewed. Movement tests (push-ups, rows, hinge, squat, lunge, core, hang). Body comp: Men ≤24%, Women ≤31% + visible progress. 12 weeks tracked food/calories, eliminate 1 bad item (90+ days), add 1 good habit, 30+ day discipline streak. Fix 1 top priority. 85%+ compliance.Equipment: Add rings or TRX.

GREENFocus: Build real strength and conditioning in fundamentals + functional bodybuilding. Shift from fixing dysfunction to achieving optimal function. Strong nutrition and body composition focus.Key Details: Coach-reviewed. Body comp: Men ≤17%, Women ≤24%. Strength tests (10 push-ups, chin-up, 0.5×BW squat/deadlift, etc.). Full mobility standards (seated reach, couch stretch, deep squat hold, zero joint issues). 5 km run (M ≤25:00, W ≤28:00) or equivalent. Protein ≥1.8 g/kg, two bad items gone, two good habits locked, 90-day discipline streak. Crush 3 goals. 90%+ compliance.Equipment: Adds bench, full dumbbells/kettlebells set, first cardio machine.

BLUEFocus: Maximize performance and output across strength, conditioning, recovery, energy, and lifestyle. Become a leader and positive influence.Key Details: Coach-reviewed. Athletic body comp: Men 6–13%, Women 14–20%. Strength: BW bench ×5 (men), chin-ups 10+ (men)/6+ (women), BW squat ×15, 1.5×BW deadlift ×5, etc. 5 km ≤21:00 (men)/≤24:00 (women) or equivalent. Elite body comp (<35: Men <10%, Women <18%). Elite strength: 1.5×BW bench, 2×BW squat, 2+×BW deadlift, 15+ chin-ups + muscle-up, 10+ HSPU, 3–5 approved feats.
